Doors open to the public at 8:30 pm. Please arrive early if you need to have your vehicle on the observing field for telescope setup. The daylight time before the video begins is when the public has an opportunity to walk around the field to become familiar with the arrangement and to see the different telescopes.

No need to have your own telescope as members can help welcome the public, join in watching the video usually related to the night’s subject, assist throughout the night, and learn from other members. The public star parties are an opportunity to fulfill our mission of public outreach.
