- Several telescopes will be setup on the observing field of the Hidden Valley Observatory. Pros and cons of the different telescopes will be discussed. Telescopes on hand will range from purchased off the shelf, to homemade, to high-end computer guided. After the presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to observe the sky through the variety of telecopes.
- The planets Jupiter and Saturn will be viewable in the night sky this evening.
- The presentation, free and open to the public, will start about 7:00 pm, and observing at 8:00 pm. Available seating is limited. You are welcome to bring a chair.
